If you have specific items you would like to view, we always recommend making a booking so we can ensure we have your desired jewellery in our office to view.
DO YOU HAVE A SELECTION OF LOOSE DIAMONDS ?
We have a stunning range of G.I.A certified diamonds available to view at all times, all you have to do is book an appointment.
can i be seen by a diamond specialist ?
You can with pleasure, all of our staff are fully trained and will be able to offer you expert advice during your visit.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING ?
Engraving is the ultimate way to personalise your wedding ring. The custom of inscribing romantic poetry onto wedding rings began in the courts of Medieval Europe. Majesty Jewellers offers you a selection of 14 different straight and curved fonts for your engraving. Engraving a message or a date starts from just £20 per ring. We can fit up to 16 characters on all our wedding rings.
can i have a finish applied to my ring ?
You can, please feel free to ask us about the range of finishes available.
are all your jewellery items hallmarked ?
All of our jewellery comes with Assay Office hallmarks.
CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET ?
Absolutely. If you're working with a budget we're more than happy to find something that fits into it. We can also advise you what will be the best diamond and option for your money hence maximising your budget.

Yes, we offer first free re-sizing to all our customers.
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER TO ME ?
Approximately 3 weeks and in some cases we can make it much quicker. (excluding Fancy Coloured Diamonds which takes up to 5 weeks)

All our parcels are fully insured while in transit to you.
WHO DO YOU DELIVER WITH ?
All our U.K based customers will have their jewellery delivered free by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed By Next Day Before 1.00pm. In some cases we will send your jewellery by courier service. For deliveries outside U.K charges will apply.
will i receive any updates about my order ?
We will provide you updates as we get them, however should you wish to check on an order you can email us for an update at any point.
WILL YOU INFORM ME ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED ?
You will receive an email with all your tracking details. We will also call you to confirm before sending your order.
can i order over the phone ?
Yes you can, please ensure you have the description & product code for the gift you're interested in and all the required specifications.

WHAT IS YOUR AFTER SALES CARE POLICY ?
Majesty Jewellers offer an extensive aftercare plan. Due to our in-house workshop based in Central London's Hatton Garden, we can check and assess jewellery purchased from us free of cost and then regular polishing/sizing/repair at nominal cost.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCE ?
We do not offer any finance plans but we do offer up to 60% off all our engagement rings, wedding rings, bridal & diamond jewellery.
DO YOU OFFER refunds ?
We only offer refunds on faulty goods and all our products come with a lifetime warranty. All our items are also covered for 12 months for any manufacturing issues. This excludes general wear and tear, or damage sustained to the item. All our diamonds are hand-picked for maximum fire, sparkle and scintillation and hence we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. We strongly recommend insuring your jewellery as soon as you receive your order. You will get your insurance documents and guidance along with your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on delivery, please contact us within 7 days via either telephone or email.
